Because our services involve time, strategy, and digital resources that begin immediately upon engagement, our refund policy reflects the nature of customized, non-tangible services.
1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered by Adverise agency — including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding, content creation, and social media marketing — are customized and digital in nature.
Once work has begun, these services cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded, as resources and efforts are already allocated to your project.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service has not yet started and no strategic or creative work has been performed.
- There is a duplicate payment or an accidental overcharge.
- The client has not received the agreed-upon service and has provided sufficient proof.
In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the initial payment.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued if:
- The project has already started or been completed.
- The delay or dissatisfaction is caused by incomplete or delayed client feedback, approvals, or materials.
- The client changes their mind after work has begun.
- Third-party platform performance (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) does not meet expectations beyond our control.
4. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel an ongoing project, any completed or in-progress work will be billed proportionally.
All intellectual property, designs, or campaign data created up to the cancellation date remain the property of Adverise agency until full payment is received.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
